For members in elementary school (K-5). Learn proper mechanics in basic body weight exercises, practice different agility movements and coordination patterns, and have fun while working out!

Session Six: 8 classes
February 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, and 27
For members ages 10-13 years old. The class will consist of a mixture of strength and cardiovascular exercises. Some classes will incorporate using the weight equipment in the gym while others may be interval style in the group exercise studio working on speed, agility, balance, and more!
If your child is in elementary school but old enough to join YouthFIT, you can choose which class they join.
