Sunday Clinic
Get ready for summer league swimming with this once a week, one hour program on Sunday afternoons starting in early March 2nd  and running through May 11th. The usual age of participants is 5-13 years old. While this program is designed to prepare swimmers for the upcoming summer swim season, some learn-to-swim students are accepted on a limited basis. Majority of the participants already know the basic fundamentals of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Swimmers are broken into six different lanes based on ability level. Local summer swim clubs such as Antioch, Ashcreek, Ashland, Atlee, Battlefield Green, Bell Creek, Chickahominy, Glen Allen, Honey Meadows, Kings Charter, Lakeside, Mechanicsville, Milestone, Old Church, Pebble Creek, and Sandstone, along with Burkwood members, have participated in the program.
