Clubhouse Rental information

  • The information below is not all inclusive and is subject to change.
  • Depending upon the type and size of the party additional options are available and additional requirements must be met.

Business Meetings - Available Weekdays ONLY

  • Member rate: $75.00 first hour, $30.00 for each additional hour.
  • Nonmember rate: $85.00 first hour, $50.00 for each additional hour.
  • Includes use of furniture, large screen tv (smart tv, hdmi accessible) access to refrigerator and ice.
  • No deposit required.

School Related Events - possible black out dates apply.

  • Access to refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, microwave, and warmer.
  • No deposit required.

Option 1: AM Events between 7 am and 3 pm

 
  • Member: $500 (must be the one having the party) - Non-member: $700
  • Includes use of black chairs (White are additional), tables, sofa, large screen smart tv, HDMI accessible.
  • Patio and snack bar kitchen are included when outdoor pools are closed.
  • Access to refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, coffee pot, microwave, and warmer (access limited when outdoor pools are open).
  • Rental party must purchase their own alcohol license.
  • Separate security deposit required $500.00 *

Option 2: PM Events between 3 pm and 12 am

 
  • Member: $600 (must be the one having the party) - Non-member: $900 
  • Includes use of black chairs (white are extra), tables, sofa, large screen tv (smart tv, HDMI accessible).
  • Patio and snack bar kitchen are included when outdoor pools are closed.
  • Access to refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, coffee pot, microwave, and warmer. Rental party must purchase their own alcohol license.
  • Separate security deposit required $500.00 *

Wedding receptions and similar large scale events.

  • $3500 - for all day Friday and Saturday access.
  • Includes use of chairs, tables, and sofa.
  • Patio and Snack bar areas are included when outdoor pools are closed.
  • Access to second floor area including room at the top of the stairs.
  • Access to refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, microwave, and warmer.
  • Rental party must purchase their own alcohol license.
  • *$500.00 damage/cleaning fee deposit required.

*Deposit/Clean deposit fee will be returned if the Event Coordinator is satisfied the clubhouse does not need any cleaning above and beyond the normal cleaning cycle and no damage has been done to the facility.

We have black & white linen tablecloths available to rent for an additional $50.
