A 30-minute full-body fitness program that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Pilates and yoga-inspired movements, using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix. Participants "drum" along to music, which turns a workout into an exhilarating and energetic experience that is suitable for all fitness levels. The class aims to improve coordination, balance, and endurance while providing a powerful stress reliever.
