Swimming is a great cross training exercise providing great cardio conditioning without the impact and stress on the joints, while working your muscles in a way unique from land based activities. Whether you are a first time swimmer or one who is training for swim competitions and triathlons, we have a lane for you! Each workout is tailored to the ability level of the participant. Private Lessons
First time swimmer? Looking to gain more confidence and be safe in the water? Want some one-on-one instruction with video monitoring to improve your stroke? Adult private lessons are a great way to learn how to swim or have a professional coach help you reach the top of your game. Lessons can vary in length from 30 minutes to an hour. See the request form below for more information.
